As part of our client support team, you'll work closely with Australian Financial Advisers, contribute to smooth and accurate review processes, and help maintain the high standards our clients trust us for. Key Responsibilities

• •Conduct product research within the financial planning landscape
• •Manage client review meetings and prepare related documentation
• •Liaise with Advisers and complete allocated system tasks
• •Conduct frequent weekly audits on implementation processes
• •Understand and meet stakeholder expectations

Must-Haves

• •Minimum 1 year of experience in the BPO industry or Banking operations (definite advantage)
• •A degree or professional qualification in Finance (CIMA and ACCA students seeking practical training agreements are encouraged to apply)
