Michael Jordan
With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Prad is one of our co-founders who brings a wealth of knowledge having worked at Colonial First State, Macquarie Bank, Australian Ethical & IOOF prior to co-founding Advice Lab. He has experience helping advisers better understand and help embed products & processes into their business that give them and their clients value.
Born and brought up in Colombo, Sri Lanka before moving to Sydney, Australia helps him be in a unique position of being able to balance the understanding of Sri Lanka together with the delicate requirements of an ever changing financial planning environment in Australia.
With over 8 years of experience in the customer service and BPO industry, Shaniya stepped into financial planning 3 years back. Having started in an advice associate role, Shaniya is now heading the admin department at Advice Lab. She has a strong background in customer service and also has experience working for a leading insurance provider in UK.
Shaniya is very passionate to work with the financial advisers and assisting them to manage their business in terms of their day today administrative operations. She is an enthusiastic traveler, has a sweet tooth and enjoy watching movies and listening to music.
