Financial Paraplanner (Australian Financial Planning)

Are you an experienced paraplanner looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and skilled paraplanner to collaborate with Australian Financial Planners in creating effective advice strategies for our clients. 

Responsibilities (include but not limited to);

• Developing and Constructing Advice Documents: Create high-quality, compliant financial advice documents (SoAs and RoAs) and supporting materials as per adviser preferences in a timely manner.
• Ensuring Document Accuracy: Guarantee all created documents are accurate, technically sound, and personalized in line with legislative requirements and guidelines.
• Complex Advice Strategies: Assist in developing complex and comprehensive advice strategies tailored to authorized representatives’ needs.
• Financial Modelling: Assess and model both current and recommended financial positions for authorized representatives.
• System & Workflow Updates: Update systems and workflows in alignment with directions.
• Building Professional Relationships: Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with authorized representatives.
• Supporting Process Development: Assist in developing and improving processes and procedures for paraplanning functions.

Successful applicants should:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling similar tasks 
• Experience in X-Plan Financial Planning Software
• Basic to intermediate MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge
• A graduate from any four (4) year course; or
  at least 2 years in college with any bachelor’s degree with at least two (2) years of working

Fixed Schedule of Mon-Fri from 7 AM to 4 PM
